are invited from domiciled interested
candidates for admission in 1st year
of B.Tech courses, in some vacant
seat against drop out candidates.
Admission will
be done on following criteria:-
Admission will be based on WBJEE rank
as 1st Preference, the result of the
candidates in 10+2 Examination as
2nd preference.
Candidate has to pass 10+2 Exam with
at least 45% (40% for Reserved Category)
marks in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry
and Mathematics taken together with
individual pass marks in each of those
subjects and pass marks(30%)in English

of the officer in charge of GCECT
on or before 24th August 2011
